Michaelee was born and raised in Red Deer, Alberta. Prior to pursuing law, in 2018 Michaelee obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Calgary. Michaelee attended law school at the City University of London and obtained her Bachelor of Laws with Honours in 2022.

Michaelee practices in the area of family law with a main focus on litigation. Michaelee can assist with matters including separation and divorce, division of property, decision-making and parenting time disputes, guardianship, child support, and spousal support.

Michaelee appears in both Court of Justice and Court of Kings Bench. Michaelee appears on behalf of the Director of Income and Employment Supports. Michaelee is also a member of the Collaborative Lawyers Association of Central Alberta.
