Q.: When do I need to review and update my Will?

A.:            Any time you experience a significant change in your life, you should review your Will. This includes (although this is not an exhaustive list): getting married; separating or getting a divorce; having children; children reaching adulthood; death or incapacity of a person named as a Personal Representative; or death of the named beneficiary. Your Will may or may not need revisions should any of these life changes occur, but it is always a good idea to review your Will to ensure that it still reflects your current intentions with respect to your estate.
